Welcome to the life designer blog! My name is Sydney! I am an interior designer + weight and life coach.
I created the life designer blog to share my own journey with weight loss and anxiety + to help others realize their dreams, just like I did.
My blog is all things realistic weight loss for young adults with time and money constraints. I have used and developed the techniques outlined in this blog to achieve my own 50 pound weight loss in college and regain control over anxiety- two things I never dreamed would be possible.
My aim has always been to document my process so others can achieve their weight loss and mind management goals just like I did. I had to figure it out on my own, but guess what? You don’t have to! I want to be your motivator & educator so you can lose your physical and mental weight for the last time and start living the life you dream of!
I am currently offering 1-on-1 weight + life coaching, where I work with you in real time to develop solutions to any problem you may be facing. This style of coaching entails 2 weekly coaching calls with me where we discuss your goals + get you on your path to success.
I am not the coach who gives you a meal plan + a workout guide- I am the coach that gets your mind right so that you have the capacity to go after everything you dream of. It all comes back to mindset, and through years of research + my own experiences I have the found the techniques that work to make the mental switch happen!
The best part is, I offer this style of coaching at rate that is 80% less than similar programs! My goal is to make personal development and life coaching available to all ages! However, because of my competitive pricing, I am only able to take on a handful of clients at a time.
